There is no kit for the nose swap on an older astro . if thats what your refering to . first gen nose to 2nd gen nose . its just a matter of finding the parts & doing the swap your self . you will need a complete new front end including the rad support cuz the newer front end is 8" longer than the old one. look in the archives there is a write up with pics for the swap .

if you search the archive on the old version of the site i think there was, maybe still is a kit. There is a van out there that is half and half. as in left side is old, right side is new, this is a demo model. It is cut down the middle of the hood, says convert this .... to this.

I think it basically was some bent steel that is bolt on, so that the end user doesnt need to do as much cutting welding, hole tapping etc.

Its basically bolt on, i think you need to remove, the radiator support. I dunno. I never attempted or saw one in progess. both my vans are orginal front end 93 shorty cargo vans, i am not an expert. but i do know the answer you seek in in the archives.

I purchased one of these kits from these guys five years ago! I was well pleased to find such a kit still?! I save the S & H, as they were only 45 miles from me!
