You should be able to get the center handle and trim cover off the upper door which will give you access to the pull rods that go to the side locks. Good possibility that the rod has come off the release lever in the center. Reach in and pull the rod by hand.

Good luck

These 2 replys are correct. One additional note... You must have access this way to also change any rear tail lights that may be out. Might want to go ahead and replace the bulbs at this time also .. The rods are attached at the center to a metal toggle and on each end are white center plastic grommmets... Theses go bad over time and will need replacing Where are the old Jesus clips of the old days? doors will fuction again.

If this complaint concerns the "barn doors" check to see if the rear bumper has been hit. This causes the vinyl strip on the bumper to curl slightly up and catch the bottom lip of the barn door. Try sliding a thin piece of plastic along the bottom of the door and pull at the same time. ....Worked for me.

There's a handle on the inside of the stuck door. It has two plastic access covers, one on each end. Using a small screw driver pop them off. Be careful as they are easy to break. The tabs are on the top and bottom so if you slide your small screwdriver in from the side you can push up on the top and then pull them off. Under the covers are 10mm bolts, remove them and the handle and a plastic plate will come off. Under there you will find a 3-4 inch slot that's maybe 1/2" high. There's a silver rod that comes across that slot from the left (drivers) side of the van. At the end it turns 90 degrees towards the rear of the van. Near that turn you will see a metal thing with a plastic sleeve in it that has a hole in it just big enough for the metal rod. Slip the rod into the plastic sleeve and you will be able to open your door. Now it just might stay there if you make a point of not slamming the back door but if you have kids, like me, odds are it's going to pop out again. Use some wire to hold it in place if you don't want to do it again.
