If I remember correctly you first need to undo the screws holding the sunblind in place.
Then pull it down slightly now a cable and a connector should emerge.
Simply undo this connector and you're good to go.
As previously stated, but if no connector emerges, it may be hot glued to the headliner board...if it is, fish your hand under there and pull the wire up off the headliner until you get enough slack to pull the connector through the hole.
Thanks for info. I know this wasn't what I posted, but the reason is I need to replace the light in the mirror but
don't know if I can get the mirror and light out so i was going to replace the whole visor. do you have any
information on this part?

Just pop the clear lenses off,the bulbs look like a glass fuse
