Bank 1 sensor 3 Location help!

1997 GMC Safari AWD 4.3

I just changed Bank 1 sensor 1 on drivers side front.

Looking for Bank 1 sensor 3 location

There are 2 sensors on the downpipe before the cat & 1 sensor after the cat.

P1406

P0135

P0147

and
P1406 AGAIN

Any symptoms? EGR code could be carbon in the pintle seat. Do you have a scanner? Have you cleared the codes after replacing the one O2 sensor?

Bank 1 Sensor 3 is the post converter sensor. End of the line according to the PCM.
