Need vacuum liners diagram for Astro

Need vacuum liners diagram for Astro

Postby estilian [OP] » November 11th 2014, 7:32pm

Hi there,

I was looking over and over but I can't find a full diagram of all the vacuums in my van. I started by replacing a vacuum for the A/C which was the reason for the non-working change of blow direction, but the deeper I look in the engine bay, the more disconnected vacuums I find. So I need to do full recheck of all vacuums.

The problem is that the previous owner has done a replacement of gaskets on the engine and it seems that the "technicians" that worked over my Astro knew nothing about this car... They left behind a lot of disconnected grounds, cut wires and broken vacuum lines. The problem is that I don't know where they have touched!

Thank you for the help.

You are amazing, thank you so much! My Astro will tell its grandchildren the story about the kindness of an unrreal friend who saved him in the past :)

Wow! Very nice. I'm having the same issue and for the same reason on my 03 Safari . As far as the " Red " vacuum line, one end connects to the check valve , but where does the other end connect to?
Also, trying to figure out; 2 coonectors come out of the harness ,one connects to the windshield res. to pump but there's another red connector that's not connected to anything, any ideas? Thanks for this very educational forum!
