I need a front driveshaft for my 97 astro, i know a 90 to 98 will fit. Junk yards want 170 for used. Thank you

Thats what is bad on mine, driving down the road and all you hear well it would be like if someone took gravel and put it between the joints and it crushing it everytime it turns, and when i pull it off the joints are very easy to move and they sound the same when you move them by hand

Weird that its so much for you, it cost about $20-$25 here used. Shipping is what will get ya though, do you know the dimensions and weight? I can calculate shipping for you. PM me???

The lenght is 32 inches, weight i don't know because mine is still on the van, i one off my 90 was about 20 pounds

Sound about right coming from Charlotte, NC to you? That's assuming 20 lbs, 32" inches long, 6" wide, 6" high.

I've never taken a drive shaft out but we might be able to arrange something and I could toss the shaft your way. Is it easy? I have basic tools
