I have a 2000 astro. I have flushed the heater core, changed the control valve, replaced some dry rotted vacuum lines and I still can't get any heat to the front. Rear heat blows hot, but front heat is ice cold. any help would be great considering its -4 degrees in Michigan right now

First thing to check is air in the system. Elevate the passenger front, run up on a single ramp or high curb is what I've done then with the cap open and both heaters on full run it up to operating temp and top it off. Put the cap on top the reservoir to the hot fill, higher of the two marks and drive it a few miles.

Failing that bypass the heater control valve with pipe and hose clamps. From what you posted there are no other possibilities I can think of.
