Bought a sun baked Astro

Postby Clayboy [OP] » March 22nd 2012, 7:33pm

I recently bought a 99 Astro LT Rwd with only 40k original miles on it. Paid $500 bucks for it.

Sounds great right? Well I live in SW Florida and it is completely sunbaked.

It sat for about 3 years. I did drive it home about 20 miles so I do know it runs.

I plan on relying on your guys knowledge as I bring this thing back to life. Should be fun and hopefully not a nightmare.

Thanks,

Clay

Thanks guys. I have no interest in flipping it. I really would like to drive it for awhile. Im no stranger to painting or body work so I will be undertaking all of that as well.

I will keep the pictures coming.
