94 Astro for Norway says hello to the world!

Postby AstroNorway [OP] » May 24th 2012, 3:11pm

Hello!

I got my 94 Astro motorcode Z for a couple of months ago. It had 155 000 KM on it when I got it!
Got repaintet back in 2009 cause previous owners kid did scratch the car up with a little rock... You gotta love kids;)

Anyway, drove it about 2 000 km back home and the trip went fine.. only problem was that the check engine light came on after about 3 hours driving and the car started accelerating by itself....

I got some fuel cleaner liquid and poored it down with the gasoline and it became alot better!

Im from norway, north norway infact if anyone gives a sh*t:)
Currently working as a rent-a-cop (dont judge). In norway thats pretty good money.

Having alot of plans for my van but dont know where to start yet... I've been focuisng on the engine and parts who needs to be in order before styling and so on...

The car works great, only problem is the door locks i dont yet understand. When i use the key the powerlocks dosnt work. But when i push the powerlock button inside the door it works... is it supposed to be like that?

Edit: the car has 2 captain chairs in leather and front and a sofa in the back. Windows all the way back but they are heavily tintet black to match the car color :)

thanks guys!

Anyone know if the door lock / power locks situation is supposed to be like it is?

And damn it sucks to live in north norway (cold) when the car dont have heat wires and wipers on the rear window:p

When I use the key only the door opens. The power lock only works with the switch.

Hope that helps,
