New And ready to start

Hi everyone very new hear but not to Astro vans I have had this van for over 3 years and have just drove it as is. I bought it for a Thousand off a small car lot and have put about that much into her I love this van and drive a 2004 Astro company truck every day as well, I am a heating and A/C tech and these are very popular in my trade. Well this weekend I have decided to go for it and start the transformation of this machine into something a whole lot nicer, I have the interior gutted and am ready to start spending some money first thing is sound deadening I have been reading up and thinking Fat Mat or Second skin any ideas would be helpful I. I am also looking for someone to paint the Van I live in Athens TN between Knoxville and Chattanooga does Anyone know a good painter? Unfortunately can’t afford A custom paint job just want it to look good for now maybe down the road go all out custom. Thanks for all your help I am sure I will be asking for A lot of advice hear before this is all done. Tom
