I have an 89 shorty which is a cargo van, and has the middle windows. What are you guys with V8 shorties weighing in at? I was at the scrap yard today, and with me in it (I weigh 220-225) I was coming up at 3780. That means that I am at about 3540 or so for my curb weight. Does this seem accurate, I think their scales are "light."

From what I have seen , you may want to check the owners manual , but a factory stock would weigh at about 3800 -3900 lbs for a cargo van , more for a passenger van with seats , and a V8 would add about 200-300 more , yea it would seem the scales are a little" light "

Mine was just over 4, don't have the slip anymore. It was a cargo with no windows and nothing inside. I haven't weighed the 2000.
