If your local state government or territory authority trusts you with a driver's license I would hope that you know how to conduct yourself on the internet.

You have never been to California! The DMV gives away drivers licenses like food stamps. Cant drive? no other state will give you a license? Come on down to California, were the only requirement for a license is that you have to resemble a human.

You got a 3 step program in mind Turf? You know they say, those with experience should be the leader

Is there any way to save those members?

Perhaps with a Mentoring program of sorts, or a different form of restriction other than a permanent ban?

I just hate to see any of them go permanently.

Sure, they could save themselves if they didn't act that way. There actions are what got them into their current predicament.

I am sometimes a very slow and stubborn learner.

How could they be brought back, and taught, the right way?

To be Welcomed Back into the Family?

To understand what got them the boot in the first place?

I would like to see these things happen. And I would contribute some effort, if possible to do so.
