I talked to this guy on Craigslist..Will these fit OK on my van?

The tires are 31x10.50R15LT on 15" rims

You'll need major trimming. Even more so if the wheels are wider than stock or have a different offset. Can't even do it without a lift first. You'll hit the fenders even if you somehow got turning clearance.
