Thanks AstroWill.
I'm glad the children of the corn did't get you after we parted.
They were strange.

They would throw a large rock with only enough effort for it to land short and roll towards us.
Like they understood that you shouldn't actually hit someone with a rock, but they liked flirting with the idea.
Maybe they are just odd because very few people ever stop in that little town, and the ones that due are quick to leave.

They had a cold look, maybe a little neglected or verbally abused.
Like they wanted to be friends but didn't know how to go about it.

Or were they trying to warn us to leave before Isaac or Malachai knew that strangers were in town ? :violence-axechase:

I am getting ready for a party tomorrow so I didn't have much time to respond today and will be busy all day tomorrow.
I will clarify types of killers Wednesday Lumpy.
I think your good, at least for meet ups at Walmart parking lot during day light hours.
I would have to come early and check for camera locations and tell a witness where I was going.
Just try not to kill, take it one day at a time.

I have met astrowill a couple times. A very nice guy.

But I noticed when he was here he was fascinated by big hammers.

Well, Cam (ccookie) came by here and didn't kill us...nor did he get killed by us, since he's been posting pics of his van in snow (that just doesn't really happen much here).

He's the only one I've met until Randy comes to pick up 'his' '93....

I hope the title didn't bother anyone.

Originally I was just going to say that AstroWill seemed like a great guy.
But it seemed a little brown nosed when I was about to type it.
Also I have bad memories from past ebay/craigslist experiences.
So I rolled it all together into a thread that I thought people could have some fun with.

Whenever I am going to travel to do trade with a stranger I catch flak from family.
And since we are a thrifty group of folks wisely driving older, ''Paid for'', vehicles I figured that many members have done a bit of trading with strangers as well.
I was sure you've all heard about craigslist scams and the like, lots of money gets lost and sometimes more.

I have to hold back specific details on this story.
Years ago I won a large fragile item on ebay.
Shipping was rightfully high but I had PM'd before bidding about ''free local pick up.''

After driving more than 2 1/2 hours, I texted from the ----mart parking lot and got no response.

Keep in mind gas prices had never been higher, before or after, and my cash flow at the time fairly low.
The gas money was already spent so I was willing to wait a long, long time.
And I had spotless ebay feedback to keep, if your going to do ''pick up'' don't pay until you get it in your hands.

Hours go by with sporadic text to wait a little while longer.
Somehow I ended up with the # for the supposed mother.
So when I got no texts for a while I would text her and she sounded sober and embarrassed ?
And then I would get a response from the original #, seemed mama was on his case ?
I thought mommy's little monster can't put the pipe down long enough to get paid, I've been around.
Strange cars did go by but who knows ?
They never showed and the ''Mom?'' eventually had to go to bed.

Days later I saw the same item on craigslist as ''stolen'' so I messaged the owners.
They had lost a bunch of belongings and much of it was in the back ground of the pics on ebay.
Like here is all the stuff we just stole from you, case closed you would think.
Their cops would not do anything, and yes it was well over a couple of thousand dollars of stuff.
I volunteered to try to do the deal again and the cops did not care or want to take part in it.

Ebay did nothing though there is usually data in a pic that tells the location the pic was taken at.
The crook put bad feedback on my record and ebay didn't even take it off.

The guy had been in and out of prison and his facebook page was proud about it.

This was my worst but there were other no shows also.

I think that there are states ,like yours and mine, where with the right lawyer, a jury would not call it murder.
There was a ''Affluenza'' case here in Texas.
Rich kid was high and drunk showing off stealing beer from the store and acting crazy.
Later whilst being 2-3 or 4 times the legal limit and driving with a restricted license, he killed 4 people, wounding 9.
Lawyer said his client had been raised too privileged and could not be accountable because his reality was so different than most folks.
Caring about others well being was not something that his family had ever done or taught him to do.
4 yrs probation and some rehab.
Got recorded at a party drinking after rehab and took off with his Mom to Mexico.
Got caught and now is just going to serve 2yrs prison.

If Indigenous people kill you deep in the Amazon.
Not their fault at all, it's a different culture with different rules and values.

So you would have to work with your lawyer to explain that ,in the culture that you were raised in, folks should know better than to ask that question.
And that you honestly believed that you could / should kill them.

As for the list, people will form their own opinions from reading the info.
Or you will have to let a person from the forum that meets you ''Live'' to give you a gold star.
Did you really meet Cargocrawler or can you get him to fib for you ?

Now this one is a bit more difficult Lumpy.
I would suggest you just stick with the old ''don't tell on yourself.''
And the ''no body - no crime'' rule, { I REPEAT DON'T TELL ON YOURSELF!}

Change rattling would be a stretch on the I didn't know any better angle.
Though maybe people in the desert areas have heard so many news stories and jokes about burying folks that you might could pull it off as part of your culture ?

My area has heavy clay soil that is a lot of work to dig in.
Maybe body disposal is just too easy where you live and not your fault ?

We had a pig farmer day when we played the rival high school as a kid. Because that is what they called us. We all wore bib overall's to the game and waved our red handkerchiefs. You know the exact same ones that mean you a blood or crypt today.
