Well after several attempts to contact and several months, its official.....they stole my money. I ordered a shirt from them, took for ever, got numorous excuses on why I had not received the shirt yet. Then was told the size I wanted was sold out.......a month and a half after I ordered it. Offered to sell me a different shirt (that I didnt order) or the shirt I wanted (in a size I didnt order). I replied and said I just wanted a refund........after that, he quit replying to my emails. This is just a heads up to anyone thinking about buying anything from this site. I am also told they run Railthis as well...

Tell him you are contacting the detective bureau at the local police department if you don't receive your refund.
Then roundup all your emails and call the PD if he doesn't refund your money.

Of course, he may already be in jail.

First off sorry for your troubles!! I've had the same problem on Ebay a few times. Thank God it all got resolved!! After looking at these sites i really get the impression of a small time scammer. Only 4 products on each site!! I stay away from these types cause' if they only have a limited overhead then it's easy to con people out of their money. And paying for a domain name really doesn't cost them much since their sites have no kind of upgraded stuff at all. If you really want to get this guy at his game contact the BBB(Better Business Bureau). They love displacing cons!!! And you'll be helping out others to!! I've had people from Turkey steal $1,700 out of my bank account by copying my bank card number at a gas station. I made sure they never did it again!!! I say we all work hard for what we got and if we decide to indulge in a little something from now and then, then we should be able to without any ill effects!! I also looked up the model he used on the Rail This site. She says she will work for anything if it has taste. LOL!!!
Like that site has taste!!!! Small time screen printing business with probably a DBA in someone else's name!!
Well hope you get your money back!! Sorry to say but you probably won't! Chalk it up as experience. We win some we lose some right?!? Godspeed!!!!!

Hey, how did you buy this item? Did you use a credit card?
If you used a credit card, call them and have the charges taken off.

If you used a check, you should have a concelled copy. You can photocopy it and send it to the Sheriff's Department of the County of San Luis Obisopo:

Apparently you had to use Paypal. Open a dispute with them to get your money back

I know its not much money, but damn it, it's the principle of it.
Would you open a website and then scam people? Of course you wouldn't. Then why should he get away with it?

Also has a myspace. The equipment looks good i just think he's doing a contract deal. That being said then there may be a few parties involved. But still owner may have no idea what's going on. Who knows right? But hey even though it wasn't much money like 'cudapaul said it is still the principle. You wouldn't want this to happen for a part for your van would you?
