You're asking how to do it? First, I would suggest getting a manual. Second, you need to remove the steering wheel to get at the fasteners. The wires have to be fished up/down through the column. It helps to have a piece of wire to pull the connector with, it's a tight fit.

In my 95 the turn signal lever popped right out. The cruise control switch just unplugged.
