Hello, I am new here I'm from Poland and I have problem with my Astro (1991 4.3 v6 4x4). The engine don't start and don't get the fuel, fuel pump was checked and it's in good condition, but I don't have voltage on relay socket and I can't find the fuse( I think the fuse i before the relay socket) Is this car has an immobilizer ? Because I have a strange keys. Do you know the solution of my problem ? Maybe there's something wrong with ECU ?
Greetings

ECM-B is the fuse for the f/p. Plug 12v into the test socket (single female, hooded, fast-on, grey wire)

that sticks out of the wire bundle close to the relay. Or on the grey wire of the relay. Listen to the pump

at the fuel filler (cap off). Try a shot of starting fluid down the intake to see if it wants to go.

Have you checked for spark ? Pull the coil wire out of distributor, and with an insulated pair of pliers, hold

it 1/4" from a good ground (engine metal). Yellow = bad, Blue/White = good.
