My $500 GMC Safari

I bought this '98 Safari off a good friend of mine last October and he had it for about
8 years. He used it for his carpet cleaning business, then he got a new Ford van.
So I was lucky enough to get this one for 500 bucks, a steal of a deal! The only thing
is it now has over 312,000 kms on it, but an awesome van and I love it! :)

It was quite a mess when I got it too, the inside hadn't been cleaned in years. But
some good old fashioned hard work including several buckets of soap and water, some
new plugs, an oil change, spray paint, hub caps, pin striping and a few other small
things later. The whole van looks way better then it has in years.
Now I have myself a clean new work van! :)

Here are a few before and after pics of the outside.

Thanks everyone! Yeah I did get a great deal on it for sure. It's nice
having good friends in life. :)

I love the van a lot and would like to do more things to it. I don't
want to get to carried away doing lots of mods and things and spending
money I can't afford to spend lol. I still will do a few things that
are within my budget for sure. Next thing I'm going to do this weekend
is tint the rear windows and change out the rad, because it leaks a bit.

I'll keep you guys posted with future pics and updates!
