My check engine light came on in my 2001 Astro. I had Advance Auto do a diagnostic and they came up with a faulty thermostat. I bought a new thermostat, but it's taken me several days to get around to replacing and then today my check engine light has gone out. I've not been having any heater problems, that I've noticed. Is it possible that it was stuck open and now it has come "unstuck"?
I sense a great YouTube coming out of this. Like those "Look what I found when I cut open this battery" videos. Pull pizza, sand, bowling balls, smart cars, 8 track tape players, all out of a radiator hose.
You do realize this is supposed to be a funny quote...?
And it is even more funny now that you mention it.
Thanks, coast.
Mike
