LOL - our Windows on The Van are not Leaking. I thought you were asking where it/they might be coming from... We are glad you found it - those side windows - depending on weather / "sun side" let folks down, unexpectedly. There is a member that helped a company make new seals for the doors...

1st Off - Welcome to the forum. First questions are where does the rear AC drain to and what would be the best thing to insulate the floor and cover with. There is a drain right there under the A/C - blind buttheads have found it - no problem. They have advantages, you know. Use your favotite search...

Is there water in the bot door roller area ?
What about the Headliner - dry ?
Sliding Door seals Wet ?

Just curious - are those from your year ( '98 ) or just Gen II in general or Gen I ?
Gen I Vans do not have that Air Ducting thingie under the seats.
Wondering if they are cross-ref applicable - probably not...
