Yesterday and today finished cleaning and painting leaf springs.
Wirewheeled, used a corrosion stopper and leafs got two coats of epoxy primer and two coats of black paint

Yesterday I have got leaf springs. They should be from the CHevy Blazer S10. The measurements should be OK. It is diffidcult to get some thing out here, as the namings of the cars are sometimes meesed up. I need to press out bushing and ordered new, as the bolts are rusted and stuck. Had to cut thos...

This is correct, you have to remember, that this hitch would be mounted to the frame with 8 M10 bolts. The frame is nothing than sheet metal. In Czech my hitch on Astro will be rated to about 200lb and 4500lb towing capacity, and this come from the car, not from the hitch.

This is something, what I do not want to do it. I had to pay quite a lot of money for the drawings of basic things. So I bought software to make it by my own. Anyone can do it. Sorry.
And I do not want to sell it also.

On Friday winch base and hotch receiver bracket arrived from laser. Looks good to me, I need to change a bit drawings, had bad calculations for the corners. A little cutting and welding done the job. For the hitch I need to buy a 2" square tubiing and the hitch should be done. Finished reciecer...

this is on my to do list, as my rockers has some holes. I will be using square tubing and also reinfocement above rockers of the drivers side behind the drivers doors.

Rear bumper looks good, only some cleaning and use rust converter. On the weekend will get 3 coats of black epoxy paint. Front bumper is toast and will have to find out, what I will do with it.
