I'm replacing the upper control arms on my '04 Astro and can't seem to find one particular torque spec - namely, the spec for the nuts on the end of the shaft that mounts the control arm to the frame (see the pic - I'm referring to the nuts pointed to with the red arrows.) Is there a spec for this or should I just tighten them until they're reasonably secure? Thanks in advance.

They need to be tightened in their "normally resting position" with the full weight of the vehicle on the ground

Is it necessary to replace the arm to frame bolts when installing new control arms? I notice the bolts are splined under the head and they look somewhat worn away.

The Moog bushings that I purchased said 65. I went ahead with 105, as they seemed a lot tighter than 65 getting them off.

I should add that it was a pain in the butt to get them to 105. I would have rather stopped at 65.
