Delilah is lifted also. If anything the 22-1195HD springs that I did at the same time as the lift make her more stable at speed.

Stopped off in Louisiana for a high school reunion…. Had a great time, caught up with some friends and kept rolling on through Mississippi and Alabama.

Arrived in Florida yesterday, be here for a bit visiting my mom…. Will pick up the updates when I get on the road.

Left Pensacola, headed to Coco beach, then to Brunswick GA….
On to see a buddy in Georgetown SC,
and then to NC to drive up the Blue Ridge Parkway and now in Virginia heading up Skyline through Shenandoah National Park…

CA-NV-UT-CO-OK-TX-LA-MS-AL-FL-GA-SC-NC-VA…. And still rolling

Reminds us of our trip out west back in 1995 - put 5,500+ miles on it.
But we hardly took any pics of The Van the entire time.

Rolled up to Maryland (from Virginia and West Virginia)…. Camping in Delaware while the scraps of Ian pass through.

On to Philadelphia next and then the White Mountains…

On through Delaware to Pittsburg…. Then NJ, NY, MA, CT RI, NH… up to VT and across the border to Canada.

Currently parked in a very narrow alley in Québec City.

After chasing the changing leaves across a few states I dare say I caught them.

Camped along “Bark Lake” just outside Algonquin National park… it’s “Crown Land” and you just pick your spot and enjoy…

The visit to see friends in Minneapolis was great…. My friend showed me around town in his new Astro (03 AWD)… he has another one in California. 👍🏼

It was great visit and the timing was right to get out “pumpkin carve” on.

We were glad to miss the snow in Minneapolis…. But did not get as lucky in Theodore Roosevelt National Park…

We rolled around the park in the snow for a while and headed back up across the boarder to do some more miles on the trans-Canada highway.

Banff National Park is amazing.

I have seen a bunch of these rental camper Astros… several have had pop tops but they are often painted in subtle tones like this one;

Just do it…. The road is calling and there is SO much to see.

These vans are amazing, and after yet another long trip I could not be happier with her.

I rolled back home a couple daYs ago, almost exactly 60 days and just over 12,000 miles later. Last night camped among the redwoods…

Yes, that is a bald eagle swooping over the Bolinas lagoon….

Delilah did fantastic. She passed 300,000 miles on this trip and she needed nothing but a scheduled oil change, a new air filter (at the 12k I normally change it) and half a pint of power steering fluid (slight leak at the pump reservoir seal)…

The diesel heater was an amazing addition…
