Take some steel wool and metal polish to those things. Should clean up fairly good. Take #0000 steel wool, put some metal polish on it and rub away. Let haze and wipe clean with a microfiber towel. Would look better and only cost you ~$10 and about 1.5 hours.

that first pic was the worst rim i tryed a little steel wool on small spots and cleaned up. i replaced all the plastic looking rivets with stainless acorn nuts the one with the center cap i think is the worst one

I had a pair exactly like that in that same condition and believe it or not almost all the rust came off by using steel wool and water , it was hardly any work too , it came off really easy!
