Need some assistance please.

So I know about the one under the dash by the brake pedals but the one under the hood is a mystery.

I see the 1996 and newer where the location is but I've searched around the engine bay and I cannot find it.

I am looking for the ABS fuse.

Please help. Thanks guys in adavance

you dont have one
^^^^^^What HE said^^^^......your 95 is a "transition-year" model and as such spans the gap between the early (Gen 1) and 96+ (Gen 2) models. So, the fuse in the inside fusebox IS the only one you have. Look up the location for a 1994 model, your van is more like a 94 than a 96.

Removing the fuse or relay prevents the fuel pump from running. You then start the van (it will soon stall) to bleed off residual fuel pressure so it doesn't spray when you open the line. It will however still trickle and drip. Once you've replaced the filter, put the fuse/relay back in, turn the key on but don't start the van, and look for leaks. If all is good, you're done.
