I need to find the 60amp fuse for the ABS. Any chance you might know where that is located? Thank you

Yea I was looking at this earlier but still doesn't show where the fuse box is in my engine bay. For some reason it's not located where the 1996 and newer Astros are located.

I'll take photos later, It's hiding somewhere. lol

^^^^^^What HE said^^^^......your 95 is a "transition-year" model and as such spans the gap between the early (Gen 1) and 96+ (Gen 2) models. So, the fuse in the inside fusebox IS the only one you have. Look up the location for a 1994 model, your van is more like a 94 than a 96.

^^ What's been said. My 95 only has 1, under the dash on the driver side. It's a Gen 1 in Gen 2 sheet metal.

Im not sure if this is related but i have the same problem with my 95 safari and i had seen a video in YouTube that i need to remove the fuse or the relay in order for me to change my fuel filter. Anyone has a clue or suggestion for me do it in the right way?

 

Removing the fuse or relay prevents the fuel pump from running. You then start the van (it will soon stall) to bleed off residual fuel pressure so it doesn't spray when you open the line. It will however still trickle and drip. Once you've replaced the filter, put the fuse/relay back in, turn the key on but don't start the van, and look for leaks. If all is good, you're done.

There is 2 relays on the left under the hood. It's the one on the right.
