Hmmmmnnnning, yes that could be it. I have just started to here a humming bird in the back seat, I blamed the wife. But a fuel pump sounds more like it.. 2004 Astro 5000 miles in Mexico , that may just be something.mamasboy said:

OK, can anyone give me an idea as to what this is?
the van has a hum that seems to come from the rear end while i drive. My first thought was that it was low on fluid in the differential so i popped the plug off to check but its full.
my abs light is on so now im thinking that maybe my back brakes can be rubbing.
some say the bearings need to be greased and some say i need to change the differential fluid, gasket, etc.
anyone give me an idea where to look first?
