the humming could also be from the fuel pump-in my old 97 safari awd i know i really heard this when the middle seat was out,,
1997 SAFARI has hum from rear while driving
OK, can anyone give me an idea as to what this is?
the van has a hum that seems to come from the rear end while i drive. My first thought was that it was low on fluid in the differential so i popped the plug off to check but its full.
my abs light is on so now im thinking that maybe my back brakes can be rubbing.
some say the bearings need to be greased and some say i need to change the differential fluid, gasket, etc.
anyone give me an idea where to look first?
