Up for sale is my 2000 gmc safari named Fin!
Im selling my rig to pay for the rest of my schooling. I originally bought him and built him from scratch for a 4 month trip back east last summer. (ran like a top, 0 issues)
In his early days he was a Comcast fleet rig, so he got regularly scheduled maintenance as all fleet rigs do.
-167k on odometer. Regularly serviced, I'm the 3rd owner.
-6ft Interior with fiberglass roof installed by Fiberine (highly recommend these guys!) in LA (~6k$) the roof is also reinforced inside the mold so it can hold 350lbs.
-new heavy duty leaf springs for towing or motorcycle rack along with suspension components replacement in the past 8 months. I also have all new ball bearings and tie rod ends and an idler arm in the box that will be Included in the sale.
-100w flexible solar attached to a jackery 500 for interior power.
- glass topped 2 burner drop in propane stove.
-3" lift with T/A tires (8k miles on them)
- vented diesel heater in the rear for keeping cozy on those cold mornings.
-ample under bed storage space as the frame sits 2 ft off the floor.
-energy efficient mini fridge underneath the stove.
-fantastic van installed in the ceiling.
