Was the 4L80 ever offered without electronic control?
I know the 4L60 came this way. But did the 80?
Also where to look for one, vehicles they came in?

No I believe it is electronic only. But if you put a full manual valve body in it they do not need the ECU afterwards. It's a good deal compared to a controller I believe.

Yeah that's what I was thinking. I just need to find one now, I hope the 60 vb will work.
