Ok, i removed the star screws on top of the grille, also removed the headlight door and sealed beam, but i cannot figure out how to remove the screws underneath the grille, they're hard to get to unless if i take the bumper off? I looked under the bumper, and cant even see clearly to the scrrews i need removed. I'm stumped.

You need to use a long extension with the right star bit, I know they are tough to see and get to but it's possible.

Jacking up the van and using a good light will make this easier.

Finally got the grille removed, had to remove the bolts securing the bumper for easier access.
