How long do these spiders last? How hard are they to change? My van has 188000 miles on it and the spider is factory. I hear people say all the time there getting 17-22 mpg, i cant even get 14. i can get 14 if i idle it driving down the road, I found a spider at the junk yard that has 78000 on it for 25.

I dont believe that would be your problem. We change the spider assembly only when needed. Are you sure the cat isnt plugging up? Or O2 sensors reading correctly? You may have fixed it already, I dont know.

No cat, o2 sensor were new 1000 miles ago
