I lost the front brakes on my 97 astro today. I checked the fluid and it is full, gonna get into it tomorow but would like some help finding a place to start.

This particular problem sounds more Master Cylinder related. Do you have any Lights on when the engine is running (Brake Warning Light or and ABS Light)?

Get a helper, and just crack one of the front lines and have the helper push the pedal to see if their is any pressure in the lines at all, is the first place I would check. Hope this helps. Please keep us updated, Thanks.

The brake light is on but the ABS isn't. I'll check the MC first thing.
