This is a newbie question.... I just want to know if all Astros and Safaris were made with ABS? If not how can I tell if a van has it or not?

Not all of them came with ABS.
I believe it was a standard feature from about 1993 on.(I may be off by a year or two)

The easiest way to tell is to watch the cluster when starting it up. An orange ABS light should come on for a few seconds.
