So I found the old VIN number. Carfax says it belongs to the correct vehicle and says there is no salvage record, but they do not have anything else on it. Makes me think maybe it is sitting in someone's driveway or garage.

If the mods want me to move this in another spot or make a new thread I can.

Side note: I also contacted my sis and she said she does not remember who he sold it to. So the search goes on.

That is awesome! Looks super clean. It's hard to find unmolested stock miatas nowadays. I have 3 NA's. A 91 that is my DD, a 94 M edition that needs a lot of work. Then a 97 M edition that is the garage queen. 20k all original miles. They all fit in the 2 car garage. The blue one is my DD and just came out from the snow.
