It looks like a great deal - the exterior looks awesome. You'd have to look underneath for rust and at the interior for cracking, etc, to be sure.

Look for Astro RS on here. There's a post or two about them and a copy of an ad for one. Among other things, the RS has more responsive steering and a rear sway bar.

If you go by "the looks", it looks real good. Inspect it like any other used vehicle and consider the price which sounds ok.
There was a guy here selling his RS in parts. I tried buying the louvered rear window moldings and he never responded. I guess he didn't really want to sell stuff.

better jump on it before i do! i already have an RS, its a 92 with 253,000 miles on it!! oh i just put a diesel motor in it. tho the gas motor was fine. get it or i will. no i won't but do check the underside for rust. mine has some.

That looks like a good deal to me. You can get much for $1000 these days. The "RS" is pretty rare right?????? Its just beggin' for a SBC!
