That looks like a factory graphics kit. First you'd need to find a new kit. Getting the old off will take some work, but is very doable. I've removed a lot of decals from cop cars, phone company vans etc.

i removed it from my van it took me about 5 hours to do it, i used a heat gun and pliers (make sure to put the heat gun in the lowest setting otherwise you r gonna be burning your fingers, the worst part was removing the sticky stuff that was left behind, i used a lot of different stuff to remove it (wd 40, brake cleaner, throttle body cleaner, this last one worked best, spray it on and remove with a razor blade(IF YOU PAINTED YOUR CAR DO NOT USE ANY ABBRASIVE CHEMICALS TRUST ME IT WILL EAT YOUR PAINT).

Goof off works pretty good for getting the goo off. There are some other solvents out there that will work better, but one could screw up pretty quickly if they don't know what there doing. So I'll keep that under my hat. A plastic razor blade or scrapper helps. I used to use a brand new safety razor and drag in back and forth over backwards on smooth concrete about 4-5 times per side.

Keep the heat gun moving, you just want to soften the glue, not the paint.
