How much grease should you put into the ball joints of an 03 Astro? Will too much blow the rubber seales? Is there a hole for excess grease to bleed out? I do not want to blow the rubber seales. :shifty:

Welcome to the site,
Give all the joints a few pumps, watching the rubber boots. Stop when you see the boot just start to swell. Ball joints will take more, tie rod ends and idler arms will take less. There is no weep hole, too much will rupture the rubber. Don't worry on the idler arms, there is no rubber (that I remember) on those. Stop when the grease just starts to appear at the joint.
