Hello!
I'm deep in bringing my new van back to life and I'm super grateful for this forum.

My most immediate problem right now is my rear passenger barn door doesn't close properly and leaks like crazy! I really need to get this vandry before I invest too much time and $ into it.

As you can see from the pictures I haven't overlap on my passenger door that doesn't allow that door to close fully against the seals. The door latches but stays popped out like a quarter inch.

I just replaced the rear door seals with new, in hopes it would stop the leak, but it's only made the fitment worse. Any ideas on how to make adjustments on these doors or what may be in my way for getting the door to close fully? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance to the Astros Safari community!

You can take a look at the door pins. Are they worn? Do they have bushings that are worn? If not I might guess the door is bent. Best wishes on your journey.
