as I wrote earlier, I found a new chain HV-015 https://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Proces...854100&hash=item2aa7f14a23:g:Fp0AAOSwd2Ba6evq
then we removed a few parts and put the chain back together.
the chain turned out like new.

Is the HV-015 chain still working out for you...?
I am thinking to give it a try on my BW-4472

HV-083 - 3/8 Pitch x 1-3/4 W x 90 Pitches - RJ

Bought it recently. No luck . The chain looks exactly what I need but 1 tiny problem... the shape of chain teeth doesn't match the shape of gears
This chain needs more skinny teeth onto the gears
Thankfully the seller took it back with no charge
But I found another donor with slightly wider chain ) And have spare plan if something goes wrong (machining gears to make it more narrow and use 1 1/2 wide chains)

Little update - I installed that chain ) It was difficult cause the shape of teeth not exact as original but I managed to assemble the case
Now my gears reshaping that chain slightly
So far so good
Why not to put in hv-015 ? I simply couldn't find one -even chineese

Now its from nissan patrol 4.8 Y61 shortened by 1 segment
But its not the ideal replace cuz of different shape of teeth -chain looks overtighten
Now I wanna check from terrano
And don't use chains with round pin -i finished 2 of them in one year (despite they fit perfect they have no chance in full time transfer)

Know it -mine was 033 with rocker pins
