ok we are working on a 93 astro van RWD only and it has rusted broken axle to leaf spring mounting brackets and/or bolts

axle is falling out from under it

so we are going to remove the parts tomorrow

where do we find replacement brackets and bolts

no yards have anything good

all rotted

dealer wants 30 and 40 something a piece for brackets and 10 each for bolts

thats crazy

where do we need to get these from

i would try one of my local parts houses. they mie have to order them. but if done mon-thur. you can usualy have them in a day or so. some items are dealer only. thats where they stick you with a greenie. but try a parts house first. :banana:

we only have auto zone and o reilly auto here

we are in a small town out in corn fields not in suburb or city

so i have to find online somewhere

anyone know anywhere to get these things ?
