Perhaps if you get a picture farther out so we can get an idea of where that connector is located.The service manuals have some more precise locations of connectors by numbers and amount/color of wires/pins..so the location can be tracked down and wire colors compared for by that specific connector 's number (and where they go)....someone with the 95 wiring diagrams nay be able to figure out what the wire is supposed to go to by its location. Is that connector connected to the lower steering column and below it with the driver's front wheel hump behind it? Knowing that location helps people with the wiring diagrams figure out what is supposed to be in that certain connector..

I think Augidog had the 95 Astro Van Electrical Diagnosis and Wiring Diagrams book..but I haven't seen him around in quite a while..don't know why.. Astrowill might have that info available at his website..

I only have the 1990 ones(lots of different locations for electrical things..)..which may be different.You also might want to check it for power with a meter..with the key in the ON position and Off position..check both ends with a meter across from the wire end to a metal ground(DC volts..)It might be easier to figure out what it went to.

With one wire end stripped..someone might have been tapping into some power or had a side connector in there..at one time.. and the connector was taken out or fell off ..or the wire was no longer needed because of the conversion done.

That connector might be only added for conversion items also..with the back wires going to a fuse box (black box behind?)
