I have a samsung stellar cell phone, I can get a free upgrade in 4 months but the phone is tripping out. Just seems to do all sort of wacky stuff. Dropped it many times, never been wet.
So I have insurance, do I drop 75 and just get a new phone? What the heck. I have verizon. Every thing is a rip off someone please helpp me.

Can you buy a cheap phone and have service transferred until you qualify for the upgrade?

Ever done a hard reset on the phone? They can cure a lot of weirdness.

Don't know what the procedure is on your phone, but on my phone you hold down power and home until it restarts.
