I have a 2002 AWD and just recently installed the Journeys 2-5” kit with 2” pucks and poly body Mount bushings, monomax shocks. I also installed toyo Open Country AT3 235 75 15s. I was rubbing but have trimmed plastic quite a bit. I am still getting a clicking sound from take off. For a while I thought it was the plastic rubbing but now that I’ve trimmed and it’s still clicking, I’m thinking it is something else because it does it even with the wheel straight on an incline. Sounds almost like a playing card in the spokes of a bicycle then goes away after accelerating. Any thoughts?

This is an embarrassing report but transparency is best for troubleshooters. So when I cut my fan shroud, it cracked. I didn't think anything of this when i reinstalled it because it still lined up great. So what was happening is that on a fast takeoff, the two parts would become separated. This was causing just a small tip of plastic to get clipped by the fan blade. Once things would settle back into place after takeoff the sound would go away. I resolved the issue by drilling small holes on either side of the crack and lacing it back together with zip ties. Problem solved. So thankful it was an easy fix after banging my head against a wall trying to find where it was coming from.
