if it's a flat pane, it can be hand-cut for a price. i'd choose a reputable body shop, who would already have the glass connection.
that's a nice looking conversion you have. I'd likely spring whatever it cost to have a flat pane replaced. i do not have a clue what i'd decide to do if i had to replace an entire assembly, with no exact matches available. which is one of the reasons i pay out the nose for comprehensive insurance.
