Does the AWD front frame from 2002 and before fit to a 2003 to 2005 RWD?
If replacing the 15" to new 16" hubs and related tables, or are there other items that need to be changed?

All the frames are interchangeable. The older frames may not be as strong as the newer ones but they mount the same.As to swapping the 6 lug I have no clue. But I swapped a 98 AWD frame under my 89 Astro RS which was rear drive.

I’m putting a 2001 awd subframe in my 2005 rwd right now. You’ll need the spindles, hubs and axles for the 2003-2005 also.
