So this is where I am at currently with Big Blue.
I am on this semi-sport luxury kick for whatever reason, and I've decided to upgrade everything to black leather. So for the front seats I ended up going with 03 eclipse seats (driver power slide, manual recline and lumbar), eddie baeur expedition console, and durango seats for the rear. So far I have completed welding the durango bench seat to the stock frame, dyed the console from tan to black, and welded the eclipse seats to the stock base. I have a little more ways to go with the console and molding that in to the dash, plus a sub or two in it.

So onto the pics, if anyone has any questions, comments, shoot away.

Danny,

The Navigator Console from the newest model was what I originally wanted, just could not find it. Found one on ebay, but I wasnt gonna spend that kind of money on it. I got all my seats for as much as they wanted for the console. Can't wait to finish out the console, im starting to think about center channel speakers and a lcd now. :dunce:

I don't have the console bolted in, I was thinking about making a piece that you could mount it to the seat bolts, but it never slides around. I still need to finish the final pieces on it to mate up the console to the dash. And then dye some of the dash and door pieces black. There will be most likely a 10" sub downfiring in the console as well when I get around to it.

i was just thinking of making the doghouse and the console one piece and then glassing it together. of course you could use the 2 clips in front to hold everything down but in the back maybe drilling a stud hole or something in the floor. and all you have to do to remove the console is remove a nut on the inside of the compartment. my beretta had the same thing.

Both the front and the middle seat are much more comfortable than the stock seats. They have better bolster, side support, and the fronts sit maybe 1/2" higher than the stock height. And like I said before I don't like seats that don't have headrests as far as styling. :afro:

It was from an Expedition, Eddie Bauer Edition. It was also an older model. Good luck, there's lots of stuff out there that can work with a little creativity.
