The light behind my rear Heater switch in the dash has Gone out. Does anyone know how to change the bulbs in this location?

Some bulbs are replacable, some are not.

It's a 2000. I guess my signature doesn't show up any more. Been a while since I was on the site so I have to figure it out again!
