Hello!
So, my 86 astro drove to where it now sits...dead.
No start...no fuel, no spark.
Seems like my distributor is doing everything it should...I am reading s small amout of ac voltage from the pickup when cranking. Ecm had power and ground.
Getting no spark, nor fuel at the injectors.
Any suggestions how to definitively test my ecm to determine if it's toast? And...if it is....what does a person with an old van do?
Can't get a new one....

Check all grounds first, starting with the battery (both!) posts.
If in the end the ECM is somehow toast, Ebay and Salvage yards, or a rebuild.

Old van sitting, if it was parked with ethanol fuel in the tank I would pretty much bet on a fuel pump. Does it start/try to start with starting fluid?

Fuel pump priming, fuel pressure?

It's almost never the ECM, that would be the last suspect.
