Fuses first. If one was stuck from dirt, it may have blown the fuse trying to fight it.
Move by hand and clean from behind, try again.
If still not, check the interior switches, selector first probably, then directional, then work out toward the doors.

Update...
Checked the fuse... it was fine.
Fiddled with the switch again and discovered if I wiggled it just right, it would move the mirror.
So I removed the switch... wasn't too hard... but the are some tricks to it...
I could see it was toasted...
I opened it up but it looked like I would need a new one.

Cost me $12 and I should have it this weekend!

Yep, I was going to say, switches are super duper cheap and easy to replace. Nice to see they are now that cheap on Amazon, I had ordered mine though RA.
