I have, on several occasions, typed up a reply to post, or new subject, and hit <Submit>, only to find it has disappeared...GONE.
At first I suspected it was my fault, and that I had hit the wrong key; but it has happened many times. The last couple of weeks I have been very careful to be sure I hit <submit>.
Today, a posting to the Suspension section vanished.
Have any others had similar troubles?

Happends to me often , always as , sometimes it seems to revert to the full editor and you need to hit submit again for the post to be posted , sometimes it just goes streight to the twilight zone .

When I've lost posts, I've often found them by backspacing the browser...

I'm only a moderator, meaning I can only edit posts. I have no access (or clue about) the buttons and switches behind the scenes. That said... I've had posts eaten by the script monster on other forums. The workaround: Before hitting "submit" copy your post to your clipboard. If it does disappear, just paste it back. Also try hitting the back button. I've found that to be helpful on numerous occasions. I know this isn't the solution you were hoping for, but it's all I've got.

Thanks all, for the <Back> button, and the Copy/Paste idea.
At least I know it isn't just me.
